The purpose of this file is to create a Final Plat for the approved Preliminary Plan, the Amended Frost Creek PUD. An approval of the Final Plat would subdivide the eight (8) existing lots into 17 lots. The existing eight (8) lots are within a platted subdivision which was approved by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) on December 21, 2009. This file was tabled from December 5, 2017.
The purpose of this plat is to modify the building envelope on Lot 3 in order to provide a better views from the proposed residence.
